My daughter, grand daughter and I were supposed to take Hawaiian Airlines to Honolulu on January 9 schedule to depart at 1AM. Under the impression that it is situated in the Domestic Terminal, the cab driver dropped us off in front of the Delta Airlines door. After unloading 9 big suitcases. we were told by the checking porter that Hawaiian Airlines in located in the international terminal. By then the cab has left. We were then told that we cannot get another cab to pick up our luggage at the same spot. We will have to drag all the bags either to the baggage claim or to the terminal. By the way, this was happening at 11PM where there were hardly any cars around. A security person tried to get an exemption to the rule, but to no avail. There sure is no sensitivity or rationality on the part of the personnel who will not grant permission (I believe his name is Leroy). This is very poor customer service especially for a big airport.
